KraftTrains Mission
KraftTrains' mission is to provide a friendly and useful place where model railroaders of all ages can enjoy the hobby, share their interest, and find practical resources for building and improving model train layouts. The site includes information for HO, N, and O scale model railroading, along with layout ideas, scenery techniques, wiring information, printable paper models, 3D-printing resources, club information, and other model railroad projects.
One of the goals of KraftTrains has always been to make useful information available to hobbyists. Free resources remain an important part of the website, while the KraftTrains Etsy shop provides additional 3D-printed products and other items for model railroaders who want ready-made accessories.

Free Personal, Non-Commercial Use
Many resources on KraftTrains.com are provided free for model railroad hobbyists. You may download and use material that is clearly offered as a free resource for your own personal, non-commercial model railroad projects, subject to any additional instructions shown on the individual page or download.
If you would like to tell other hobbyists about a free KraftTrains resource, please link them to the original page on KraftTrains.com. This helps visitors find the most current version and supports the website.
What Is Not Permitted
Unless you have prior written permission from KraftTrains, you may not:
- Sell, resell, or otherwise profit from KraftTrains' free website files or content.
- Upload, repost, redistribute, or host KraftTrains downloadable files on another website, file-sharing service, marketplace, social-media download page, or other distribution service.
- Package KraftTrains files into another collection, download bundle, digital product, or commercial product.
- Claim KraftTrains photographs, designs, files, written material, or other original content as your own work.
- Use KraftTrains content, images, or downloadable files for commercial production, resale, advertising, or other profit-making purposes without written permission.
Etsy Products and Purchased Items
Products purchased through the KraftTrains Etsy shop are sold according to the terms stated in the individual Etsy listing. Purchasing a physical product or digital file does not automatically transfer copyright or grant permission to redistribute, resell, reproduce, or commercially manufacture the underlying KraftTrains design unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
Third-Party Material
KraftTrains may occasionally reference, display, or link to material created by other people, clubs, manufacturers, organizations, or websites. Copyright and other rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners. KraftTrains does not claim ownership of material that belongs to others.
